       and two pence Current Money the said several sums of
       Money amounting in the whole unto the sums of two
       hundred and twenty eight pounds sixteen shillings and
       eight pence sterling Money and Ninety nine pounds
       nineteen shillings and two pence Current Money   And
       the said James Marshall hath at the request of the said
       Francis King paid to the said Robert Swan, John
       Buchanan and John Glassford and Company the said
       several sums of Money respectively due to them by the s.d
       Francis King as aforesaid at or before the ensealing and     
       delivery of these presents   Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said Francis King for and in
       consideration of the said sums of two hundred and twenty
       eight pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence sterling
       and ninety nine pounds nineteen shillings and two pence
       Current Money now due and owing to the said James
       Marshall as aforesaid and also for and in consideration
       of the further sum of five shillings sterling Money to him
       the said Francis King by the said James Marshall in
       hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of
       these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed
       and confirmed, And by these presents Doth give grant
       bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto
