       had and suffered and the execution thereof from and immediately
       after the suffering and executing the same was
       meant and intended to be and enure and is hereby declared
       to be and enure and that the recovery therein named and his
       Heirs should and shall stand and be seised of and in the
       recovered premisses to and for the uses and Behoof of him
       the said George Maxwell his Heirs and assigns for ever
       and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have
       here unto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their
       seals the day and Year first above written
       Signed sealed and delivered      John Bracco          (s)
       in the presence of
                   Geo Steuart                  George Maxwell   (s)
                   John Veazey Junior       Nicholas Browne  (s)

       Received on the Day and Year first within Written of
       and from the within named George Maxwell the sum
       of five shillings sterling Money, being the Consideration
       Money within mentioned to be paid by him to me
                Witness            I say received by me

       On the third and twentieth day of September 1762 came
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordship's Provincial
       Justices the within named John Bracco George Maxwell
       and Nicholas Browne and did severally acknowledge
       the within Deed to be their respective Act & Deed
