166 of Entry sur Disseisin en le post against the said George Maxwell Tenant returnable and returned the second Tuesday of September instant to the Provincial Court whereby the said John Bracco did Demand against him the said George Maxwell All that Tract or parcell of Land lying in Talbot County called Harwoods Lyon containing four hundred Acres with the appurtenances To which said Writ of Entry the said George Maxwell did appear and vouch to Warranty thereof the aforesaid Nicholas Browne who did enter into the said Warranty and further vouch thereof to Warranty the Common Vouchee of the same Court and such further and other Proceedings were thereupon had that the said John Bracco by Judgment of the same court did recover his seisin against the aforesaid George Maxwell of and in the Demanded premisses and the said George Maxwell did recover over in Value against the aforesaid Nicholas Browne and the said Nicholas Browne did recover over in Value against the Common Vouchee whereby a good Common Recovery of the said premisses was had and suffered Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for setling and declaring the uses of the said Common Recovery and for and in consideration of the sum o f five shillings sterling Money to him the said Nicholas Browne by him the said George Maxwell in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged It is hereby covenanted granted agreed and declared by and between all the said parties to these presents, that the said Common Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other Manner had |
