       surrendered premisses with the Appurtenances to the
       said Pollard Edmondson and the Heirs of his Body
       lawfully begotten to the only proper use and behoof
       of the said Pollard and the heirs of his Body lawfully
       begotten for ever   In Witness whereof

Exam.d   This Indenture Tripartite made this
       Twenty third day of September in the Year seventeen
       hundred and sixty two   Between John Bracco
       of the first part, George Maxwell of the second part
       and Nicholas Browne of Talbot County of the
       third part   Whereas for the Docking Barring and
       Extinguishing all Estates Tail and Revertions and
       Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in
       the Tract of Land and appurtenances herein after mentioned
       the said John Bracco as Demandant did heretofore (at
       the Request costs and charges of the aforesaid George
       Maxwell) prosecute and sole forth out of his Lordships
       High Court of Chancery ^his^ said Lordships Writ
