       same county Gentleman deceased, of the one part, and
       Pollard Edmondson of the same county Gent.l deceased of the
       other part; Whereas the said William Thomas and Margaret
       his Wife, in Right of the said Margaret are seized for the term
       of the natural life of the said Margaret as tenants in Dower of
       and in four hundred and fifty Acres of Land or thereabout
       Part of a Tract of Land lying in the same County called
       Tilghmans Fortune which were assigned by the said Pollard
       to the said Pollard to the said Margaret for her Dower in
       such of the Lands of the aforesaid John Edmondson as
       belong to the said Pollard, the Reversion of which same Land
       as afd assigns belongeth to the same Pollard and the heirs
       of his Body lawfully begotten   Now This Indenture
       Witnesseth that the same William Thomas and Margaret
       his Wife for and in consideration of five shillings Current Money
       to them in hand paid by the said Pollard, and for other
       considerations mentioned in a Bond of Equal Date with
       these presents passed by the said Pollard Edmondson to
       the said William Thomas have surrendered granted
       and confirmed  And by these presents do surrender
       grant and confirm unto the said Pollard the said Land
       so as afd assigned by the said Pollard to the said Margaret
       with the appurtenances there unto belonging, Together
       with all Deeds Evidences and Writings touching or
       Concerning the Premisses To have and to hold the
