       aforesaid parcel of Land hereby granted and sold to the     
       said John Gibson, his Heir s& assigns, to his and their
       proper uses for ever   And the said Wollman Gibson
       for himself, his heirs, Executors and Administrators, doth
       Covenant grant and agree to and with the said John Gibson
       his Heirs and assigns by these presents, that he the said
       Wolman Gibson, Now, and at the Time of the sealing and
       delivering of these presents is and stand seized of a good
       and sure perfect and absolute Estate of Inheritance
       in fee simple of and in the afd parcell of Land and
       premisses hereby granted and sold, and every part thereof,
       and hath in himself good Right, full power, and lawful
       and absolute authority, to grant bargain sell and convey
       a good sure perfect and absolute Estate of Inheritance in
       fee simple of in and to the afd parcel of Land and premisses
       and every part thereof, to the said John Gibson his Heirs
       and assigns in manner and form afores.d; and that
       the said John Gibson his heirs and assigns shall
       and Lawfully may from time to time, and at all times
       for ever hereafter, freely Quietly and peaceably enter
       into and have, hold, occupy possess and enjoy the afd
       parcel of Land and premises hereby granted and sold
       and every part thereof without the Lett or hinderance
