Exam.d   This Indenture made the Twenty first day
       of September Anno Domini Seventeen hundred sixty and two,
       by & between Wollman Gibson of Talbot County Sheriff of the one
       part, and John Gibson of the same county of the other part
       Witnesseth that the said Wollman Gibson, for and in consideration
       of the sum of fifty pounds Current Money to
       him in hand paid by the said John Gibson the Receipt
       whereof the said Wollman Gibson hereby Acknowledged and
       thereof Acquitteth and Discharged the said John Gibson his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators by these presents, hath
       Given, Granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, conveyed and
       confirmed, and by these presents doth give, grant, bargain, sell
       alien enfeoff convey and confirm unto the said John Gibson
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that part of a Tract of Land
       lying in Talbot County afd called and known by the name
       of Rebecca's Garden which was devised to the said John Gibson
       by the last Will and Testament of Woolman Gibson, the
       Father of the aforesaid Wollman Gibson the grantor, as by the
       said Will of the said Wollman Gibson the father may appear
       containing about one hundred acres more or less, Together
       with all houses Orchards, Trees, fences, and other the .
       and appurtenances thereto belonging and every part thereof
       and the reversions and Remainders Rents and services of
       the same and every part thereof   To have and to hold
