       or pretence of the said recited Instrument of Writing dated
       on or about the ninth day of October seventeen hundred
       and sixty But that the same claims of the Parties
       aforesaid shall stand in the same Light as if this present
       Instrument of Writing had not been made   In
       Witness whereof the parties to these presents have
       hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed
       their seals the Day and Year first above written

       September 8.th 1762   Came before us the subscribers
       two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann
       Arundel County the within named Mary Woodward
       and acknowledged the within Instrument of
       Writing to be her act and Deed to and for the
       uses and purposes within mentioned according
       to the form of the act of Assembly in such case
       made and provided
