137 And by these presents Doth bargain sell and Deliver unto the said Mary Woodward her Executors Administrators and Assigns the said Two Negro Men called Daniel & Coffee To Have and To Hold the aforesaid two Negro Men called Daniel and Coffee to her the said Mary Woodward her Executors Administrators and Assigns to her and their proper use and Behoof Provided always that If the Said Charles Homewood his Executors Administ.rs or Assigns shall pay unto her the said Mary Woodward her Executors Administrators or Assigns the said sum of One hundred and one Pounds eight shillings and Ten pence half penny sterling and interest thereon from this Day together with the Charges of Recording the said Recited Mortgage of the Two Negroes aforesaid and this Deed on the eighth day of March Seventeen hundred and sixty four, then this sale to of the said ^two^ Negroes shall be Null and absolutely Void; And the said Charles Homewood for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant and promise to and with the said Mary Woodward her Executors admin.rs and Assigns that he the said Charles Homewood his Executors or Administrators shall and Will well and truly pay to her the said Mary Woodward her Executors administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of One hundred and one pounds eight shillings and Ten Pence half penny sterling and interest thereon together with the charges of recording |
