127.

       Whatsoever or by the said Aaron Rawlings his Heirs
       or Assigns or his or their Council Learned on the Law shall
       be Reasonably devised advised or required for the further
       better and more perfect assurance surety and sure making
       of all and singular the hereby granted Lands and premises
       with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said
       Aaron Rawlings his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       And also that to the said Jonathan Rawlings his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them
       the aforesaid hereby granted One hundred Acres of Land
       and all other the Premisses with their and every of their
       Appurtenances unto the said Aaron Rawlings his
       Heirs and Assigns against him the said Jonathan
       Rawlings his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       and against each and every of them and all other
       persons or persons claiming or to claim from by
       or under them or any of them shall and will Warrant
       and for ever defend hereafter by these presents against
       him or any of them the same Land and Premisses defend
       In Witness whereof the said Jonathan Rawlings
       to this present indenture set his hand and seal the
       Day and Year above Written
