       Evidences Transcripts and Minutes touching or concerning the above
       premisses onely   To have and To hold the said One hundred
       Acres of Land and all other the hereby Granted or Intended to
       be Granted Lands and Premisses with their and every of their
       Appurtenances Free and Clearly Acquitted and Discharged of
       and from all incumbrances unto the said Aaron Rawlings his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof
       of him the said Aaron Rawlings his Heirs and Assigns for
       ever and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and
       the said Jonathan Rawlings doth hereby for himself his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Grant and
       agree to and with the said Aaron Rawlings his Heirs
       and Assigns [for ever and to no other purpose intent or purpose
       whatsoever   And the said Jonathan Rawlings doth hereby
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant
       Grant and Agree to and with the said Aaron Rawlings his
       Heirs and Assigns] in Manner and form following that is
       to say That he the said Jonathan Rawlings his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators and every of them shall and
       will from time to Time and at all Times when there unto
       required and at the proper Cost and Charges in the Law
       of him the said Aaron Rawlings his Heirs or Assigns
       make do suffer Acknowledge and Execute or cause to
       be Executed done and Acknowledged all such further Acts
       Deeds Things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law
                                                                      whatsoever
