On the Back of the foregoing Mortgage was thus Written
 
        On the 13.^th Day of September 1762    Came the within
        named Ann Harwood and Richard Harwood Junior
        Parties to the Within Deed before us the subscribers two of his
        Lordships Justices of the Peace for ann arundel county and
        acknowledged the said Deed to be their Act and Deed and the
        Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and
        Estate of the Within named Jonathan Rawlings according
        to the true Intent and Meaning of    the said Deed

Exam.^d    This Indenture made this Fourteenth day of
        September Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred
        and sixty two        Between Jonathan Rawlings of
        Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Joyner
        and Cabinet Maker of the one Part and Aaron Rawlings of
        Baltimore County PLanter in the said Province of the other Part
        Witnesseth that the said Jonathan Rawlings for and in
        consideration of the sum of Forty four pounds Current Money
        of the Province aforesaid to him the said Jonathan Rawlings
        in Hand paid or secured to be paid at and before the Ensealing
        and Delivery hereof the receipt whereof he the said Jonathan
        Rawlings doth hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith
