Witnesseth that the said Ann Harwood and Richard
        Harwood Junior for and in consideration of the Payment
        of the said sum of one hundred and Seventy pounds Current
        Money with lawful interest thereon to the said John Brice Esq.^r
        and for Divers other good causes and considerations them
        thereunto Moving Have remised released and for ever
        quited claim unto him the said Jonathan Rawlings
        his Heirs and Assigns for ever and by these presents
        Do remise release and for ever quit claim unto him
        the said Jonathan Rawlings his Heirs and Assigns
        for ever  All the Right Title Interest Property
        Claim & Demand Whatsoever Whether in Law or
        Equity of them the said Ann Harwood and Richard
        Harwood of in or to the aforementioned Tract of Land called
        Brotherly Love together with the Houses and Improvements
        there unto belonging  To have and To hold the said Tract
        of Land called Brotherly Love with the appurtenances
        unto him the said Jonathan Rawlings his Heirs and
        Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of
        the said Jonathan Rawlings his Heirs and Assigns
        for ever any thing in the afore recited Deed of Mortgage
        to the Contrary nothwithstanding    In Witness
        Whereof the Parties to these presents have here unto
        interchangeably set their Hands and seals the Day
        and Year first above written
