or in any wise appertaining
and all the Estate Right Title and Interest
of them the said Josias
Johannah and Mary of into or out of the Lands hereby
Released and conveyed
To have and to Hold the same Lands hereby released
and conveyed or intended
so to be and other the Premisses with the appurtenances
unto him the said John Attaway
Clarke his Heirs and Assigns to his and their
own proper Use and Behoof
for ever and to and for no other use intent or

And the said Josias Johannah and Mary for themselves

the said John Attaway Clarke his Heirs and
Assigns against themselves

all manner of Persons claiming or to claim by from

the within named Josias Sticklen and Johannah his
Wife and Mary Ridgell and

and the Lands and Premisses therein specified to

of the same John Attaway Clark his Heirs and
Assigns according to the
true intent and meaning thereof Also Johannah the

being privately Examined apart from and out
