Witnesseth that the said
Mary Johnston for
and in consideration of
the sum of Eighty pounds sterling
Money of Great Brittain
to her in hand paid by the said
Daniel Wolstenholme at and
upon the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt
the said Mary doth hereby acknowledge
hath Granted, Bargained
and sold aliened enffeoffed
and confirmed and by these
presents doth sell grant Bargain
alien enfeoff and confirm
unto the said Daniel Wolstenholme
and his Heirs All
that tract or parcel of Land situate
on S.t Mary's
River in the County of S.t Marys, in
the Province aforesaid (Whereof
William Deacon Esquire
deed seized) called and
known by the Name of the Chancellors
point containing by estimation
Ninety Six Acres be
the Same more or less and
Devised by the said William
Deacon unto the said Mary
for Life remainder unto William
Deacon of Portsmouth in
the Kingdom of England Esquire
in Fee
To have and to hold the said Tract
or parcel of Land with all
and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto
the said Daniel Wolstenholme &
his Heirs for and during
the life of the said Mary
to the only proper use and
behoof of the said Daniel Wolstenholme
his Heirs and Assigns And
the said Mary Johnston
doth covenant promise and
grant to and with the said
