             At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit
       Received of William Rasin the Sum of five Shillings Current Money being
       the Consideration Money within Mentioned as Witness my hand this fifteenth
       day of February 1760

       Be it Rememberd that on the fifteenth day of February Seventeen
       hundred and Sixty James Woodland the Grantor within named Personally
       appeared before me one of his Lordships (the right Honourable the Lord
       Proprietary his Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland and did
       acknowledged the within Deed as his Act and Deed for the Uses Intents and
       Purposes therein Specified         Acknowledged before me

       Maryland fs   Know all Men by these Presents that We Samuel
       Beall Junior Joseph Beall and Ninian Beall of Frederick County in the
       Province of Maryland are holden and firmly Bound to the right Honourable the
       Lord Proprietary in the full and just Sum of Two Hundred Pounds Current Money
       of Maryland to be paid to his said Lordship his Heirs and Successors To the
       which Payment well and truly to be made We bind ourselves and every of us our
       and every of our Heirs Executors and Administrators Jointly and Severally for
       the whole and in the whole firmly by these Presents Sealed with our seals and
       dated this twenty Second Day of November in the Ninth Year of his said Lordships
       Dominion Anno Domini 1759

       The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden
       Samuel Beall whilst he shall continue in the Office of Receiver or Collector
       of the Land Tax in Frederick ^County^ shall well and faithfully execute and perform the
       Several Duties required of him to be performed by the Act of Assembly of this
       Province entituled an act for granting a Supply of Forty thousand pounds
       for his Majesty's service and striking thirty four thousand and fifteen Pounds
       Six Shillings thereof in Bills of Credit and raising a Fund for sinking the same
