       and do well and faithfully pay to the Commissioners of the Loan Office for the Time
       being the Several Sums of Money which he shall receive or be answerable for in Virtue
       of the same Act at Such Times as by the Said Act is directed according to the True Intent

x.d  This Indenture Tripartite made the first Day of March in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Between Edward Dorsey of
       Ann Arundell County Gentleman of the first Part John Ensor Junior of Baltimore
       County Gentleman of the Second part and John Yoston Gorstwick of Baltimore
       County Planter of the third Part  Witnesseth That it is Covenanted concluded and
       agreed between the Parties to these Presents that it shall and may be Lawful for the
       said Edward Dorsey before the first day of the next Provincial Court to prosecute
       out of the High Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur
       Disseisin en le post against the said John Ensor Junior returnable to the next
       Provincial Court whereby the said Edward Dorsey shall and may Demand against
       the said John Ensor Junior all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Wells's Angles
       lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid with the appurtenances containing
       two hundred and fifty eight Acres of Land more or Less by such Name or Names
       Quantity or Quantities Quality or Qualities Content or Number of Acres as shall
       be thought fit and requisite unto which Said Writ or Writs the said John Ensor
       Junior shall appear in proper Person and Vouch to Warranty the said John Yoston
       Gorstwick who shall appear Gratis upon the Voucher and shall enter into Warranty
       and Vouch over to Warranty the Common Vouchee and the Common Vouchee shall appear and
       Imparle and afterwards make Default whereby one or more Recovery or Recoveries Judgment
       or Judgments may be had and given for the said Edward Dorsey for recovery of the said
