       which said Writ of Entry so to be Prosecuted and sued forth the said William
       Rasin shall appear Gratis and Vouch to Warranty the said James Woodland which
       said James Woodland shall appear either in person or by his Attorney lawfully
       Authorized and enter into Warranty and Shall Vouch to Warranty the
       Common Vouchee who shall likewise appear and Imparle and afterwards
       make Default and Depart in Dispite of the Court so that Judgment may
       be thereupon had and given for the said Benjamin Newport to recover the
       aforesaid parcel of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances against the
       Said William Rasin and for the said William Rasin to recover in Value
       against the said James Woodland and for the said James Woodland to
       recover in Value against the Said Common Vouchee to the End one perfect
       common Recovery with Double Vouchers may ^be^ thereupon had and Suffered and
       all and every other thing and things be done and perfected Needfull and Co^n^venient
       for the having and Suffering the Same Common recovery according to Course of
       Common Recoverys in Such Cases used and the Same Recovery is to be executed
       by one or more Writs of Habere facias Seisinam accordingly   And it is
       hereby further Concluded Covenanted and Agreed by and between all the said
       partys to these Presents for themselves and every of them their and every
       of their Heirs  That the said recovery so as aforesaid or in any other Manner
       to be had and Suffered of the Lands and Premisses above mentioned SHall be
       and Enure and shall be Deemed Adjudged and taken and its meant and
       intended and by all the said parties to these presents it is declared to be
       and Enure  And the said Benjamin Newport and his Heirs from and
       immediately after the Suffering the same shall Stand and be Seized of all
       and Singular the aforesaid Parcel of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       and every part thereof to and for the Proper Use and behoof of the said William
       Rasin his heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other Use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever  In Witness whereof the said Partys have to these Presence set their
       Hands and Seals the Day and year above Written
