       line drawn West two hundred and forty two Perches then North Eleven Perches
       then North Sixty Degrees East one hundred and twenty two Perches to a marked
       Hickory marked with four Notches bounding on the said Hickory by a line drawn
       north fifty four Degrees East fifty six perches to a marked white oak markt with
       four notches standing on the West Side of the aforesaid Meadow called Bosticks
       Meadow thence running up thro the middle of the said meadow to the first
       markt oak containing and now laid out for one hundred and two Acres of Land
       more or less together with all Houses buildings Orchards Gardens and Improvements
       Ways Profits Priviledges and Advantages whatsoever thereto belonging and
       the Reversions Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof with the
       Appurtenances To have and to hold all and Singular the aforesaid
       parcel of Land and Premisses Hereditaments with the Appurtenances
       unto the said William Rasin his his Heirs for ever to the Intent and
       Purpose that the said William Rasin shall and may become perfect
       Tenant of the Freehold of the said Parcel of Land and Premisses and shall
       be and stand Seised thereof untill a perfect Common Recovery with double Vouchers
       over may be duly had Suffered and Executed of the said parcell of Land and
       Premisses according to the Usual Course of Common Recoverys for the Assurance
       of Lands and Tenements in Such Cases Used and accustomed   And thereupon
       it is Covenanted Concluded and Agreed by and between all the said partys
       to these Presents in manner following (that is to say) That the said
       William Rasin shall and will before the end of the next Provincial
       Court permit and Suffer the aforesaid Benjamin Newport to sue out
       and Prosecute against him the said William Rasin one Writ of Entry
       Sur Disseisin en le post returnable before the Justices of the said
       Provincial Court thereby demanding against the said William Rasin
       all the aforesaid parcel of Land and premisses herein before mentioned
       by such Name and Names Number of Acres Quantitys Terms and
       Discriptions in the said Writ to be contained and in such manner and
       form as by Council learned in the Law shall be advised unto and upon
