       the Said Charles Boteler the Son of Henry of and in the said Land and for the
       Purpose a Common Recovery in which the said John Ward was Demandant at
        a Provincial Court held at the City of Annapolis in April Term in the Year of our
       Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty was had and Suffered as by the Records of
       the said Court may appear   This Indenture Witnesseth That He the said
       Charles Boteler Son of Henry and John Ward and each of them for and in consideration
       of the Premisses and for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings
       sterling by the said Charles Boteler Jun.r in Hand paid to the said Charles
       Boteler son of Henry and John Ward respectively at or before the ensealing
       and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
       and hath granted Bargained and Sold given and Confirmed and by these
       Presents do and Doth give grant bargain Sell and Confirm unto the said
       Charles Boteler Jun.r All that Tract or Parcel of Land with the appurtenances
       Lying in Prince Georges County called Wilsons Adventure containing and
       laid out for one hundred and twenty nine acres as by the Patent thereof
       may appear be the same more or less  To have and to Hold all and
       Singular the Premisses and all the right Title Interest and Estate of the
       said Grantors and Bargainers and each of them to the said Charles
       Boteler Jun.r and his Heirs and Assigns forever to and for his and
       their proper Use and Behoof and none other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties aforesaid have hereunto
       affixed their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written
       Sealed and Delivered
