       Arnold contrary to the true Intent and Meaning of the before written Provisoe It shall
       and may be Lawfull to and for the said Charles Grahame and David Arnold their Heirs
       and Assigns to enter into and from thenceforth quietly to have hold and enjoy the Lott
       Lands Stock Goods Chattels and premisses with the Appurtenances without the Let
       Hindrance or Denyal of him the said James Dawten his Heirs or Assigns And moreover
       it is hereby Expressly consented to declared and agreed by and between the said Parties to
       these presents and the said James Dawten doth for himself his heirs and assigns Consent
       and Agree that from and after Default shall happen as aforesaid in Payment of the
       Debts aforesaid contrary to the true Intent and Meaning of the Provisoe & Covenant
       aforesaid for the Payment thereof It shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said
       Charles Grahame and David Arnold their Heirs or Assigns at any time thereafter
       to grant bargain sell release and convey the Lott Lands Stock Goods Chattels and
       Premisses hereby granted and conveyed or intended so to be with all and every of
       their Appurtenances for the best price or prices that may reasonably be got for
       the same freed and absolutely discharged from the before Mentioned Provisoe
       for the redemption thereof as fully as if the said Equity of Redemption had been
       foreclosed by any Decree of any Court or Courts of Equity whatsoever any thing herein
       contained to the contrary thereof notwithstanding and that out of the Money
       arising from Such Sale It shall and may be lawfull to and for the said Charles
       Grahame and David Arnold their Heirs and Assigns to retain to themselves in
       the first place all Such Debts as shall be due and owing as aforesaid unto them
       the Said Charles Grahame James Russell and David Arnold together with
       the Charges and Expences attending Such Sale and if there shall remain any
       money arising from Such Sale after Payment of the Debts and Charges aforesaid
       the said Charles Grahame and David Arnold their Heirs and Assigns shall
       pay the same unto the said James Dawten his Heirs Executors or Assigns And
       Lastly it is agreed consented to and declared by and between the Parties to these
       presents that untill default shall be made in Payment of the sums aforesaid
       it shall be lawful for the said James Dawten to have use occupy and enjoy
       the Lott Lands Stock Goods Chattels and Premisses without interruption of the
       said Charles Grahame and David Arnold their Heirs and Assigns unless it
