       Fifty Two Pounds Ten Shillings and four pence is a true Copy of the
       account which Daniel Chamier one of the said Persons so Charged as Debtor
       did produce to this Deponent as Clerk to the said Trustees in or about the
       Month of April in the Year One thousand Seven hundred and fifty five as
       the then State and Account of the Transactions and Proceedings to that time
       relating to the Estate of the said Charles Carnan of him the said Daniel Chamier
       and John Carnan in Quality of Attorneys to the said Trustees And this
       Deponent saith that the Ballance of seven hundred and Seventy six pounds
       thirteen Shillings and Nine Pence Stated in the said Account was accounted
       for by the said Daniel Chamier in the manner mentioned at the Foot of
       the said Account and this Deponent saith that since the said account
       was so produced the said Daniel Chamier and John Carnan have
       not as this Deponent is well assured and doth verily believe remitted
       consigned or paid to the said Trustees of the said Charles Carnan any Money
       or Effects whatsoever He this Deponent giving for reasons of such his
       knowledge and belief for that he hath Acted as Clerk to the said Trustees of
       the said Charles Carnan's Estate ever since his Estate and Effects were
       assigned to them the said Trustees and hath Transacted the whole business
       thereof in this City of London and Lastly this Deponent saith that he
       was present and did see Charles Worrall John Barton Thomas Harrop
       and James Gibson who are the only Surviving Trustees of the said
       Charles Carnan's Estate Sign Seal and as their Act and Deed in Due
       form of Law execute and deliver the Original Procuration or Letter
       of Attorney hereunto also annexed bearing Date the twenty eighth
       day of February in the Year One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty
       nine made to M.r James Dick of the Province of Maryland Merchant
       to and for the Uses and Purposes therein Mentioned and that
       thereupon he this Deponent did sell and subscribe his Name to the said
       Letter of Attorney as a Witness to the Execution thereof as thereby doth
       and may appear
