          By this Publick Instrument of Procuration or Letter of Attorney
       be it known That on the Twenty eighth day of February in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Nine Before me Abraham Ozier Notary Publick
       dwelling in London duly Admitted and Sworn and in the Presence of the Witnesses
       hereafter named Personally appeared Mess.rs Charles Worrall John Barton Thomas
       Harrop and James Gibson of London Merchants Surviving Trustees of the Estate
       and Effects of Charles Carnan late of London Merchant which said appearers
       first revoking annulling and making void all former Procurations and Letters of
       Attorney made and granted to Daniel Chamier and John Carnan late of London
       but now of Maryland in America Merchants by them the said appearers and
       by Henry Voght & Jaber Bloxham Since deceased who were also Trustees of the Estate
       of the said Charles Carnan Declared a new to have made ordained constituted and
       appointed and by these Presents do make ordain constitute and appoint M.r James
       Dick of Annapolis in Maryland aforesaid Merchant their true and Lawful Attorney
       for them the said Constituents in their names and on their behalf to ask demand sue
       for and by all Lawful ways and means recover and receive of and from the said
       Daniel Chamier & John Carnan their heirs Executors or Administrators all sum &
       sums of Money Goods & Effects whatsoever which they have recovered & received
       Belonging to the Estate of the said Charles Carnann & all papers Vouchers Securitys
       Proofs & Accounts Whatsoever any ways relating to or concerning the said Estate of
       the said Charles Carnan also to ask demand & receive of all other Person or Persons
       whomsoever whom it shall or may concern all such sum & sums of Money Debts
       and Effects as remain still unpaid & due & owing unto the Estate of the said
       Charles Carnan for or upon what account or by what reason or means soever
       Nothing excepted or reserved & to that End with the said Daniel Chamier and
       John Carnan & all other Person or persons whomsoever whom it Shall or may
       concern to account and to view state settle & adjust all accounts & the Ballance
       thereof to receive upon recovery & receipt in the Premisses to give one
       or more Acquittances or other Sufficient Discharges in due form of Law but
       in Case of Refusal or Delay by the said Daniel Chamier & John Carnan or by
       any other Person or persons whom it shall or may concern to make & render
