Ex.d  This Indenture made this 26th day of November in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty Nine Between Walter Dulany of
       Annapolis Gentleman on the One Part and Daniel Dulany of Annapolis
       Barrister at Law on the other Part Witnesseth that the said Walter Dulany
       for and in considiration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling in hand paid
       to him by the said Daniel Dulany at or before the Ensealing of these Presents
       the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for divers other good causes and
       considerations hath given granted bargained and Sold released and
       confirmed and by these presents doth give grant Bargain and Sell release
       and confirm unto him the Said Daniel Dulany all his the said Walter
       Dulany's undivided Moiety or half part of and in a fifth Part or
       Share of and in a Certain Iron works commonly called or known by
       ^the^ name of the Baltimore Iron works and also of all Messuages Leases
       Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with all their Appurtenances
       ^whersoever^ whatsoever Scituate lying and being and also all Mines and Iron Ore
       Belonging unto him the said Walter Dulany or deemed to belong unto
       him as one of the Co-Partnership or Company of or in the said Iron works
       commonly called or known by the name or Designation of the Baltimore
       Company and also all Improvements Forges Furnaces Negroes Horses
       Waggons Carts Stock and all and every other Matter Article and thing whatsoever
       belonging to the said Company or the Persons known by that Name
       or Designation or taken deemed or reputed to belong thereto or unto them
       with all appurtenances whatsoever and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and also all
       his the said Walter Dulany's Right Title Interest Claim and Demand both
       at Law and Equity to all Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and also all
       chattels real personal and Mixed ^wheresoever^ whatsoever scituate lying or being with
