       Sold with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Beale Bordley
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only use and Behoof of the said Beale Bordley
       his Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said Henrietta Maria Dulany for her self and her Heirs the before
       bargained and Sold Tract or Parcel of Land and all and Singular other the
       Premisses with their and every of their appurtenances unto him the said Beale
       Bordley his Heirs and Assigns against her the said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       her Heirs and Assigns and against all Persons claiming by from or under her
       or them or any of them shall and will Warrant and for ever defend In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their
       Hands and Seals the Day and Year above written

                               On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written

       Received the fifteenth day of November 1759 of M.r Beale Bordley the
       Sum of Four hundred and Ninety four pounds sterling being the Consideration

                      E Dorsey

       On the fifteenth day of November 1759 Came Henrietta Maria Dulany
       party to the within Deed before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be her
       Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the
       Right and Estate of the said Beale Bordley according to the true intent
       and meaning of the said Deed

       Novem.r the 17th 1759 Received of M.r Beale Bordley Two Pounds twelve shillings and
       three pence half penny Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the
       within Mentioned Land) by Virtue of a commission from Edward Lloyd Esquire his
