       October 17th 1759   Then came the within named Joshua George one of the
       Parties to the within Deed before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court of the Province of Maryland and acknowledged the same according to an Act of
       Assembly in that Case made and Provided

Ex.d  This Indenture made the fifteenth day of November in the year of our
       Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Nine Between Henrietta Maria
       Dulany of Ann Arundel County Widow of the one Part and Beale Bordley of Baltimore
       County Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Henrietta Maria
       Dulany for and in consideration of the sum of four Hundred and Ninety four
       Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to her in Hand paid by the said Beale
       Bordley before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       the said Henrietta Maria Dulany doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of
       every part and Parcel thereof doth Exonerate and Discharge the said Beale
       Bordley his Executors and Administrators by these presents and for Divers
       other good Causes and Considerations her thereunto Moving She the said
       Henrietta Maria Dulany Hath given granted bargained sold aliened
       enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain
       sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs
       All that Tract or parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore County afores.d
       called Clagetts Forrest containing according to the certificate of resurvey
       thereof one thousand three hundred and Seven Acres more or less and all
       and singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Improvements Profits Commodites
       and Advantages whatsoever to the said Lands and Premisses belonging and also
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest
       Benefit Claim and Demand whatsoever of her the said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       of in and to all and Singular the before mentioned Premisses To have and
       to Hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and singular other the
       Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby bargained and
