       Land called Salem lying in the County afd containing three hundred and Eighteen Acres
       with the Appurtenances unto which Writ the said Joshua George at the same time did
       appear and upon the Same Writ did vouch the Common Vouchee to Warrant the Premisses
       so demanded who forthwith appeared and did enter into the Warranty of the same and
       afterwards make default whereupon a Common Recovery of the Premisses with the
       appurtenances was had and perfected as by the Records thereof in the said Provincial
       Court now remaining may more at Large appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that it is Covenanted Granted and Agreed upon by and between the said Parties to these
       Presents And he the said Joshua George for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       doth hereby Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Edward Veazy his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns and doth hereby also Signify and Declare that the true Intent
       and Meaning of the said Joshua George now is and at the Time of Suffering the Recovery
       aforesaid was and was declared to be that after the said Recovery had and Perfected the
       said Recovery and the Execution thereof should be and Enure and the Recoveror thereof
       his Heirs and Assigns should from thenceforth stand and be seized of and in the recovered
       Premisses with the Appurtenances to the only proper use and behoof of the said Edward
       Veazey his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       And he the said Joshua George for himself and his Heirs doth hereby remise release
       and for Ever quit claim to the said Edward Veazy in his Peaceable Possession and
       Seizin thereof now being all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and
       Demand whatsoever which he the Said Joshua George hath to or in the Recovered
       Premisses with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the Same recovered
       Premisses with the Appurtenances to the said Edward Veazy his Heirs and
       Assigns to his and their proper Use and Behoof for ever In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these Presents have Interchangeably put their Hands and Seals the day
       and year first above written
       Sealed and Delivered                                          Joshua George      (seal)
       In presence of

                                                    On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written
