       Court before the Justices of the s.d county in court judicially sitting
       and made oath that he saw the subscribing Osgood Hanbury Sign
       Seal Execute and Deliver the above Instrument of Writing as his Act
       and Deed in the presence of Matthew Craymer & Nath.l Chew
       the other Witnesses thereto who likewise signed the same in his
       Presence In Testimony whereof the public Seal of the County
       afs.d is hereunto put the s.d 22.d day of July Anno Dom 1761 by

Exam.d This Indenture made this Nineteen Day of Janu.ry Ann Dom
       One thousand Seven hundred Sixty and two Between James Beall of
       Fred.k County in the Province of Maryland of the one Part and Alexander
       Beall Robert Beall Archibald Beall Allen Beall Nathaniel Crafford
       and Rachel his Wife of the county aforesaid and Thomas Beall of
       Queen Anns County in the Province afores.d of the other Part Whereas
       James Beall late of Prince Georges County deceased Father of the
       aforesaid James Beall Alex.r Beall Robert Beall Arch.d Beall
       Allen Beall Thomas Beall and Rachel Crafford being seized in Fee
       of Sundry Tracts of Land did in and by his Last Will and Testament
       give bequeath and devise the said Lands and Premisses above mentioned
       unto the said James Beall Alex.r Beall Robert Beall Arch.d Beall
       Allen Beall Thomas Beall and Rachel the Wife of the s.d Nath.l
       Crafford to be devided amongst them as by the said recited Will may
       more fully appear  Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for
       a Devision of the said Lands and Premisses above mentioned
       its Covenanted Concluded and Agreed by and Between the s.d James
       Alex.r Robert Arch.d Allen Thomas and Nathaniel  and Rachel
       his Wife and the Said Alexander Beall Robert Beall Archibald
       Beall Allen Beall Thomas Beall and Nathaniel Crafford and Rachel
       his Wife for themselves and their Heirs Doth Covenant Grant conclude
       and Agree to and with the said James Beall his Heirs and Assigns shall
       from henceforth have and enjoy in Severalty as part of his part of
       two Tracts of Land (to wit) part of a Tract of Land called James
                                                                                                 (and)
