403) render just and true account of Payment Delivery and Satisfaction in the Premisses him her them any or either of them thereunto to compell by all lawful Ways and Means whatsoever Also (if need be) to appear before all or any Lords Judges and Justices in any Court or Courts thereto answer Defend and Reply in all Matters and Causes touching or concerning the premisses to do say Pursue Implead Seize Sequester Attach Arrest Imprison and to Condemn and out of Prison ^again^ to deliver Also to Compound Conclude and Agree by arbitration or otherwise as his said attorney shall think fit And Generally in and concerning the Premisses to do Perform and Execute all and whatsoever shall be requisite and necessary as fully amply and effectually to all Intents Constructions and Purposes as he the said constituent (in the Quality aforesaid) might or could do if personally present With Power to Substitute one or more attorneys under him with like or limitted Power and the same again to revoke He the said Osgood Hanbury (in the Quality aforesaid) hereby Ratifying Confirming and holding for good or valid all and whatsoever the said Daniel Wolstenholme or his Substitutes effectually to all Intents Constructions and Purposes as he the said constituent (in the Quality aforesaid) might or could do if personally present With Power to Substitute one or more Attorneys under him with like or limitted Power and the same again to revoke He the said Osgood Hanbury (in the Quality aforesaid) hereby Ratifying Confirming and holding for good or valid all and whatsoever the said Daniel Wolstenholme or his Substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the Premisses by virtue of these Presents Thus done and passed in London aforesaid in the presence of the under Written Witnesses Sealed and Delivered (being first Osgood Hanbury (seal) duly Stampt) in the presence of Adam Hill Matthew Craymer In Præmissorum fidem Nath.l Chew Will Tudman Not.s Pub.s L S Dorchester County fs.t At the foot of which was thus Written fs.t At a Court of the right Honble the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland held for Dorchester County af.d at Cambridge in the s.d County the second tuesday in June Anno Dom 1761 and from thence by adjournment continued until the twenty second day of July next following Adam Hill whose name is subscribed as a Witness to the above Instrument of Writing appeared Personally upon the said twenty second day of July in the said county |
