       1761 December 15.th Received of M.r Benjamin Williams three
       Shillings and ten pence three farthings Sterling for the use of
       the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within
       ninety seven Acres of Land by Virtue of a commission from
       Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and receiver General

x.d  This Indenture made this twenty fifth day of September one
       thous.d seven hundred sixty one Between Philip Jackson of Baltimore
       County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and
       Mary Lucass of Prince Geo.s Co.ty and Province afores.d of the oth.r
       Part Whereas Alexander Beall by his Deed bearing Date the ninth
       day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and nineteen did Give and Grant unto J.no Jackson and Ruth his
       Wife or Tract or Parcel of Land called Jacksons Improvement being
       Part of a Tract of Land called the Friendship Enlarged during their
       Natural Lives and afterwards to the Heirs of the said John Jackson
       born of the Body of the said Ruth for ever And whereas the said John
       Jackson is since dead and the said Ruth his Wife Mother of the
       said Philip Jackson Son and Heir of the said John Jackson and
       Ruth his Wife hath by her Deed bearing date first day of September
       one thousand seven hundred and sixty one conveyed the said Tract
       of land unto the said Philip Jackson  And Whereas the said Philip
       Jackson Suffered a common Recovery in the present Provincial in
       September for the Docking and Cutting off the Entail of the aforesaid
       Tract or Parcel of Land  Now this Indenture Witnesseth That the
       said Philip Jackson for and in consideration of the sum of one
       hundred and twenty five pounds Current Money to him in hand
       Paid by the said Mary Lucass the Receipt whereof he doth acknowledge
       and that he is fully satisfyd and Paid and thereof and every Part
       thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely acquit the said Mary Lucas
       her Heirs Executors and Administrators hath Given Granted Alienated
