       Woolmans Heritage And the other containing two hundred and six
       acres being Part of a Tract of Land called or known by the Name of
       Woolmans Inheritance and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and singular the
       Lands and Premisses aforesaid and every Part and parcel thereof
       with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances
       To have and to hold the af.d several Tracts and Parcels of Land and
       Premisses and every Part thereof herein before mentioned or intended
       to be hereby Bargained and Sold with their and every of their Rights
       Members and Appurtenances unto the said Edward Lloyd Esq.r his
       Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the
       Day of the Date of these Presents for and during the Term of one
       whole Year from ^thence^ next ensueing and fully to be compleat and
       Ended Yeilding and Paying therefore unto the said Henrietta Maria
       Dulany her Heirs and Assigns the rent of one Shilling Current Money
       only on the last day of the said Term if the same shall be Demanded
       To the Intents and Purpose that by Virtue of these Presents and of the
       Statue for Transferring uses into Possession the said Edward Lloyd Esq.r
       may be in the actual Possession of all and singular the af.d hereby
       Bargained Lands and Premisses with their appurtenances and may
       thereby be enabled to accept and take a Grant or Release of the Reversions
       and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs and in such Manner
       and for such Uses Intents and Purposes as the said Henrietta Maria
       Dulany doth intend to Grant or Release the same by Indenture
       intended to bear Date ^the Day^ next after the Day of the Date of these Presents
       In Witness whereof the afd Henrietta Maria Dulany hereto Sets her
       Hand and Seal the Day and Year first aforesaid
