       Maryland fs.t  Be it hereby certifyed that on the eighth day of December
       in the Year Seventeen hundred sixty and one Personally came before me
       the Subscriber one of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary that now
       is his Justices of the Provincial Court the above Samuel Keen William
       Woodward Reverdy Ghiselin and William Garratt Woodward subscribing
       Witnesses to this Writing or Deed of Revocation and being Sworn on the
       Holy Evangels of Almighty God upon their oath did say that they did see
       the aforesaid Henrietta Maria Dulany Party to this Deed Sign Seal execute
       and Deliver the same as her Act and Deed and heard her Declare the same
       so ^to^ be  And that they the said Samuel Keen William Woodward Reverdy
       Ghiselin and William Garrat Woodward did severally Sign the same
       Deed as Evidences thereto and did see each other Sign the same as Witnesses
       In Testimony whereof I hereto set my Hand and Seal the day and
       Year aforesaid

x.d  This Indenture made the seventh day of December in the Year of our
       Lord seventeen hundred sixty and one Between Henrietta Maria Dulany
       of the City of Annapolis of the one part and Edward Lloyd Esquire of Talbot
       County of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       for and in consideration of the sum of Five Shillings Current Money to her
       in hand paid by the said Edward Lloyd Esq.r the Receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged and for diverse other good Causes and Considerations her
       thereunto moveing she the said Henrietta Maria Dulany hath Bargained
       and sold and by these Presents doth Bargain and Sell unto the said
       Edward Lloyd Esq.r all that Tract or Parcell of Land lying in Queen Anns
       County called Lloyds Insula containing seventeen hundred ninety
       and five Acres and also all that other Tract or parcel of Land lying in
       Queen Anns County called the Purchase adjoining to the former Tract
       and containing one thousand acres both which Tracts together are
       commonly called or known by the name of the Island or Lloyds Island
       in Wye River  And also two other Parcels of Land lying in Talbot County
       aforesaid one containing one hundred and nine acres being Part of a Tract
       of Land called or known by the Name of Woolmans Hermitage or
