       Henrietta Maria Dulany reserved and given in and by the said
       recited Indenture bearing Date the twenty third day of May in the
       Year Seventeen hundred and forty eight and of all and every lawful
       Power and Powers and authority which to me in this Behalf doth
       any Way belong or appertain by Force and Virtue of the same
       Indenture and the Provisoe aforesaid therein contained being fully
       Minded Determined and Resolved to alter and Determine all and
       every the Estate and Estates Limited in use in and by the said last
       mentioned Indenture I the said Henrietta Maria Dulany Do
       by this my Deed or writing under my Hand and Seal testifyed
       by Samuel Keene William Woodward and Reverdy Ghiselin and
       the other Persons whose Names are Endorsed as Witnesses
       hereunto by Force and Virtue and according to the said Provisoe
       before recited and the Power Liberty and Authority thereby
       reserved and given to me Revoke Repeal Determine and make
       void all and every the use and uses Estate and Estates Trust and     
       Trusts in the said recited Indenture dated the af.d twenty third
       day of May in the Year Seventeen hundred and forty eight
       Declared Limitted Appointed or Directed as well of and concerning
       the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Queen Anns County af.d
       called Lloyds Insula containing seventeen hundred and ninety five
       Acres and the aforesaid other Tract of Land called the Purchase containing
       one thousand acres adjoining and contiguous ^as^ af.d to the former Tract and
       both together commonly called or known by the Name of the Island or
       Lloyds Island in Wye River and of and concerning the aforesaid two
       Parcels of Land in Talbot County one containing one hundred and nine
       acres being part of Woolmans Heritage and the other containing two
       hundred and six acres being Part of a Tract called Woolmans Inheritance
       and of and concerning all and every ^the^ Tracts and Parcells of ^Land^ mentioned in the
       said recited Indenture as also of and concerning the payment of the af.d sum
       of two hundred pounds sterling in the aforesaid recited Indenture mentioned
       to the aforesaid Henrietta Maria Dorsey or any Child or Children of the said
       Henrietta Maria Dorsey And Lastly I the said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       doth by these Presents or Writing under my Hand and Seal Testifyed by
       the Witnesses herein before mentioned and by Force and according to the
       af.d Proviso before recited and the Power Authority and Liberty thereof And
