x.d  To all Christian People To whom these Presents shall come I
       Henrietta Maria Dulany of the City of Annapolis in the province of
       Maryland Widow  Sendeth Greeting Whereas by Deed of Bargain
       and Sale duly executed and Recorded in the Provincial Land Records
       bearing Date the fifth day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and forty eight Between Daniel Dulany late of Annapolis
       Esq.r (Deceased) and me the said Henrietta Maria Dulany his then Wife
       of the one Part and Richard Bennett late of Queen Anns County Esq.r of
       the other Part The said Daniel ^Dulany^ and I the said Henrietta Maria did Grant
       Bargain Sell and Convey unto the said Richard Bennett one Tract or
       parcel of Land lying in Queen Anns County called Lloyds Insula
       containing seventeen hundred and ninety five acres and one other
       Tract called the Purchase containing one thousand Acres adjoining
       and contiguous to the former Tract and both together commonly
       called or known by the Name of the Island or Lloyds Island in Wye ^River^
       and also two parcels of Land in Talbot County One containing one
       hundred and nine acres being Part of Woolmans Heretage  And the
       other containing two hundred and six acres being part of a Tract called
       Woolmans Inheritance with the appurtenances which Tracts and
       Parcels of Land and every of them were in the actual Possession and
       occupation of the said Daniel Dulany my late Husband at the Time
       of the Execution and Recording the said Deed by whatsoever Name or
       Names or other Description or Descriptions the said several Tracts and
       Parcels of Land and every of them was or were called known Deemed
       reputed accepted or taken  To have and to hold to him the said
       Richard Bennett his Heirs and Assigns for ever as in and by the said
       Deed remaining on the Land Records af.d may appear  And
       Whereas by ^one^ other indenture bearing Date the twenty third day of May
       in the year one thousand seven hundred and forty eight Between the
       aforesaid Richard Bennett late of Queen Anns County Esq.r of the one part
       and the aforesaid Daniel Dulany my late Husband and me the said
       Henrietta Maria of the other part (Reciting therein the af.d first mentioned
       Deed of Bargain and Sale) the af.d Richard Bennett for and in
       consideration of the natural Love and Affection which he had and bore
       unto and towards me the said Henrietta Maria the then Wife of the
       said Daniel Dulany and Neice to the said Richard Bennett  And for
