(373) & Alethea his Wife or either of them now have or by Law or equity can or may have of in & unto all the Lands Goods or Chattels by Virtue & under the last Will & Testament of a certain John Smith late of S.t Leonards Creek in Calvert County deceased as also all the Estate right Title & Interest which the said Hutcheson Parker Hath can or may have of in and unto all & every part or parcel of Land Goods or Chattels whatsoever devised or Willed unto him the said Hutcheson Parker by the Last Will and Testament of a certain Gabriel Parker Father of him the Said Hutcheson late of Calvert County deceased together with all and Singular the appurtenances to any the Lands aforesaid & every the Premisses of what Nature or kind soever herein before Granted or mentioned to be Granted & the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders and all the right Title and Interest of the said Hutcheson Parker & Alethea his Wife of in & unto the before mentioned Premisses unto him the said James Marshall his Heirs & assigns for ever and also all the right Title & Estate which the said Hutcheson Parker & Alethea his Wife have of in and unto all every the Negroes devised & Willed by the last Will and Testament of the aforesaid John Smith unto the said Alethea and all & every Negro or Negroes now in the Possession of the said Hutcheson & Alethea together with the right of Reversion & Redemption of any or all the before mentioned Negroes to him the said James Marshall his Heirs and Assigns for ever for the uses herein after mentioned & Expressed that is to say to and for the use & Behoof of Mess.rs John Glassford & Company untill a Debt due unto them by the said Hutcheson Parker is paid & satisfied as also for the Payment & Satisfaction of any sum or sums which the said James Marshall shall hereafter pay or Advance on Account of the said Hutcheson Parker & Alethea his Wife & farther that the said Estate shall remain and be in the full possession and right of the said James Marshall his Heirs and Assigns for & during the Natural Life of the said Hutcheson Parker & Alethea his Wife free & clear of all & every Claim & Demand which the said Hutcheson & Alethea shall or may have of in & unto any Part or Parcel thereof & that after the Decease of the said Hutcheson & Alethea then to be the right property & Estate of the Heirs of the Body of the said Alethea begotten by the said Hutcheson for Ever To have and to hold all & singular the before Granted Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said James Marshall his Heirs & Assigns for ever for the Uses & Purposes herein before Expressed & mentioned & to & for no other use purpose or intent whatsoever & the said (Hutcheson) |
