(367) Matthews for and in consideration of the Natural Love and Affection which I have and do bear unto me son George Mathews of the county aforesaid for the better Support and Maintenance of my said son and for Divers other causes and considerations me thereunto moving Have Given Granted transferred and confirmed unto him the said George Mathews his Heirs and Assigns forever All my Right ^&^ Title of in and to all that part of a Tract of Land called White Oak Bottom lying and being in the county aforesaid which is contained within the following meets Bounds Courses & Distances Viz.t Beginning at three bounded white oaks being the Beginning trees of the whole tract and running thence North forty Nine Degrees East twenty Perches South thirty eight deg.s East one hundred and fifteen perches unto the end of the south one hundred and forty Nine Perches Line of the Original Tract called White Oak bottom then South Sixty eight deg.s East twenty Nine perches South Seventeen Degrees East forty perches South Sixty eight deg.s East fifty two perches North Nine deg.s West Sixty three perches untill it intersects the South Sixty five deg.s East one hundred and Eight Perches Line of the whole Tract then bounding on that line to the End thereof South Sixty five deg.s East eighty seven Perches then still bounding on the out lines of the whole Tract the Ten following courses Viz.t South Eat sixty four perches south forty deg.s West forty Perches South fifty seven deg.s West forty three perches North forty deg.s West Sixty one Perches South fifty eight deg.s & thirty Minutes West forty one Perches West twenty six Perches North fifty eight Perches North Sixty Seven deg.s West twenty eight Perches south seventeen deg.s West Sixty two Perches North fifty nine deg.s West twenty eight Perches then North ten deg.s East fifty eight Perches North West forty three perches and then with a streight line to the beginning containing One hundred and twenty seven acres more or less together with all and singular the Premisses and appurtenances to the said Parcel of Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining To have and to hold the said parcel of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances unto the aforesaid George Matthews his Heirs and Assigns forever and to his and their only proper use and Behoof and I the said Thomas Matthews for myself and my Heirs doth (hereby) |
