(353) x.d This Indenture made the Nineteenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One Between Peter Parish of Ann arundel County Carpenter of the one Part and Benjamin Tasker Esq.r Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel Dulany Esq.r and Walter Dulany Esq.r of the other Part Witnesseth That the said Peter Parish for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath given granted bargained and sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents for himself and his Heirs doth clearly & absolutely Give grant bargain & sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel and Walter Dulany and their Heirs and Assigns for ever All that four hundred Acres of Plantable part of a Tract or parcel or Parcel of Land lying in Baltimore County called Parish's Range which was devised by Edward Parish Grandfather of the said Peter to Edward ^Parish^ deceased Father of the said Peter upon the Death of William Parish Brother of the said Edward the Father without issue except fifty acres thereof sold by the said Edward the Father to a certain William Rogers together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging (of which same Premisses the same Peter hath lately suffered a common Recovery for barring an Estate Tail thereof and which said Recovery hath been fully executed by a Writ of seisin and the entry of he said Peter Parish so that the said Peter is at the Time of executing these Presents seised of the Premisses of a good and perfect Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple) and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of the Premisses with the appurtenances and every part and Parcel of them And all the Estate right Title Interest claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Peter Parish of in or to the Premisses with the Appurtenances To have and to hold one fifth Part of the bargained and sold Premisses with the appurtenances to the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only proper use and behoofe forever One other fifth Part thereof to the said Charles Carroll Esq.r his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only proper Use and Behooffe forever One other fifth Part thereof to the said Charles Carroll Barrister his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only proper use and behooffe for ever One other (fifth) |
