(354) fifth Part thereof to the said Charles Carroll son of Daniel his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only proper use and behooffe for ever One Tenth part thereof to the said Daniel Dulany hs Heirs and Assigns to his and their only proper Use and Behooffe forever And one other Tenth Part thereof to the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only proper Use and Behooffe forever And the said Peter Parish for himself and his Heirs doth hereby covenant grant and agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll Son of Daniel Daniel and Walter Dulany and their and each of their Heirs and Assigns forever That he the said Peter and his Heirs shall and will from time to Time and at all Times for ever hereafter at the reasonable Request and proper Cost and Charge in the Law of the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel and Walter Dulany or any of them their or any of their Heirs or Assigns make do levy execute and Suffer or cause or procure to be made done levyed executed and suffered all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable Act & Acts Thing & Things Conveyance and Conveyances Assurance & Assurances whatsoever for the further better and more perfect Conveying & Assuring the Premisses to the Vendees afd as by them or any of them their or any of their Heirs or Assigns or Counsil Learned in the Law shall be devised advised or required In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have thereunto interchangeably put their Hands & Seals the Day and Year above written Sealed & Delivered In Presence of Peter Parrish (seal) James Tilghman Geo Steuart On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit Sep.r 19.th 1761 Then Peter Parish within named personally acknowledged the within Deed & the Lands therein contained to the within named Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Barrister Charles Carroll son of Daniel Daniel and Walter Dulany their Heirs and Assigns according to the Form and Effect of the Same Deed before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court 8½ s.ds Geo Steuart |
