(343) Saint Marys County called Hounslo Beginning for the said Fifty Acres at a bounded Mulbery Tree Standing by the main Fresh of Britains Bay and close by where formerly stood a Bounded Ash Tree of Hounslo and the fourth Boundry of the said Hounslo and running from thence South by East One hundred Ninety and four Perches to an old white Oak by a branch the third Boundary of Hounslo thence south Sixty Degrees West fifty Perches thence North Nine Degrees West to the main Fresh Run of Britains Bay and with said Run to the first Beginning containing and now laid out for fifty Acres of Land more or less which said Fifty Acres of Land was divided in Tail by Richard Brewer Deceased to ^him^ the said William Brewer and now in Possession of the said Athanasius To have and to hold the said fifty Acres of Land above mentioned with the appurtenances to him the said Athanasius and his Heirs for ever to the Intent and Purposes that the said Athanasius shall and may become perfect Tenant of the Land aforesaid and shall and may stand and be seized thereof untill a good and perfect common Recovery with Double Vouchers over may be duly had and suffered of the Land aforesaid according to the usual Course of common Recoverys used and accustomed and it is hereby further covenanted Concluded and Agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents for themselves and every of them their and every of their Heirs that the said Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had and Suffered of the Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances shall be and Enure and shall be deemed adjudged and taken and is meant and intended and by all the said Parties to these presents is hereby declared to be and Enure and the said Thomas Lane Weems and William Brewer and their Heirs from and immediately after the Suffering the same shall stand and be seized of the Land aforesaid and of every part and Parcel thereof with the appurtenances to and for the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Athanasius his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and seals the Day and Year above written The words (his Heirs and Assigns for ever) T L Weems (seal) about halfway in the Ninth Line were his interlined before execution of the Deed William X Brewer (seal) Seal'd and Delivered mark In Presence of Athan.s Ford (seal) J Hepburn Jn.o Bond |
