       Received on the day and year first within written of and from the
       within named John Bond the sum of five Shillings Sterling being the
       Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me
       Witness      Th.s Johnson Jun.r          I say received by

       On the tenth Day of September 1761  Came before me the subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices the within named Edward
       Fell John Bond and Joseph Ensor and did severally acknowledge the
       within Deed to be their respective Act and Deed to and for the Uses
       Intents and purposes within mentioned and the Lands and Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the said Edward Fell
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and
       meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such case
       made and Provided

Ex.d  This Indenture Tripartite made the Eleventh day of September
       in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven and Sixty one Between Thomas
       Lane Weems of Ann Arundel County of the first Part Athanasius Ford of
       Saint Marys County of the Second Part and William Brewer of Saint Marys
       County of the third Part  Witnesseth that the said William Brewer for the
       Docking Baring and cutting of all Estates Tail and Remainders in Tail
       of and in fifty Acres of Land herein after mentioned and for the Settling and
       Assuring of the same to and for the uses intents and purposes herein
       after Limitted Expressed and declared and in consideration of Five thousand
       Pounds of Crop Tobacco to him in Hand paid by the said Athanasius the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for divers other good causes
       and considerations him the said William Brewer thereunto moving Hath
       granted bargained and sold Released and Confirmed and by these Presents
       to grant bargain and sell unto the said Athanasius his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever fifty Acres of Land lying and being in Saint Marys County it being
       Part of a Tract of Land called Brewers Purchase which said Part of Land
       called Brewers Purchase is part of a Larger Tract of Land lying and being in
