       This Indenture made this third Day of August in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty one  Between Edward
       Fell of Baltimore County Gentlemen of the one Part and John Bond
       of Baltimore County Planter of the other Part  Witnesseth that
       the said Edward Fell for and in consideration of the Sum of five
       Shillings Sterling Money to him in Hand paid by the said John
       Bond at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted bargained
       and sold and by these Presents Doth grant bargain and sell unto
       him the said John Bond his Executors Administrators and Assigns
       All that Tract or Parcel of Land Lying and being in Baltimore
       County aforesaid called Island Point containing Eighty five Acres
       of Land  All that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore
       County aforesaid called Long Island Point containing one
       hundred Acres of Land  All that Tract or parcel of Land lying
       and being in Baltimore County aforesaid called Copus's Harbour
       containing one hundred Acres of Land  All that Tract or parcel
       of Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid called
       Carter's Delight containing one hundred Acres of Land  And
       also All that Tract or parcel of Land lying and being in
       Baltimore County aforesaid called Trinkett Field containing
       eighteen Acres of Land Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens
       Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges
       Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the
       same Tracts or parcels of Land or any or either of them belonging or appertaining
       and the Reversion and reversions Remainder and remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits of them or either or any Part of either of them To
       have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Land and every of them
       and all and singular the Premisses with their and each and every of
       their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said John Bond
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the
       Day of the Date of these Presents for and during and untill the full end
       and Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be
       Compleat and ended To the Intent and Purpose (that by Force and Virtue
       of these Presents and of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession)
