(337) Recovery or Recoveries with Double Voucher shall be had perfected and executed in all things according to the usual form of Common Recoveries with Double Voucher for the Assurance of Lands in such case used and accustomed And it is hereby covenanted agreed and declared by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that such Recovery or Recoveries so as afd or in any other manner to be Suffered perfected and Executed whereto the parties to these Presents or any of them are or shall be Parties of or concerning the Premisses and the Execution thereof shall be enure and shall be Adjudged Construed deemed and taken to be and Enure and the said James Hollyday and his Heirs and all and every other Person and persons who shall then or at any time thereafter stand seized of the Premisses or of any Part thereof by Virtue of these Presents or of the said recovery or recoveries or of the Execution thereof shall so stand and be seized thereof and of every part thereof to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Richard Thompson and his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties afd have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered R.d Thompson (seal) In the presence of us James Tilghman Ephraim Thompson (seal) J Nicholson J.r Ja Hollyday (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit Received the 5.th day of September 1761 from the within named Richard Thompson the Sum of five Shillings lawful Money of Maryland the consideration within expressed Witness my Hand Test J Nicholson J.r Ephraim Thompson Be it remembered that on the fifth day of September Anno Dni 1761 Personally appeared before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland the within named Richard Thompson Ephraim Thompson and James Hollyday and acknowledged the within indenture to be their Act and Deed to and for the uses within mentioned and Declared Jn.o Brice 12 s.ds Recorded 5th September 1761 |
