332 case will best admitt of And I do hereby further give and Grant unto my said Attorney all my full absolute Legal and Equitable power and Authority in and about the Premisses for the purposes aforesaid and to do Transact and accomplish all such other matters and things in and about the premisses as shall be requisite or Necessary as fully and Effectually to all Intents and purposes as I the said James Stone might or could do If I were personally present to do the same and all and whatsoever my said Attorney shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the premisses by virtue of these presents I do hereby Ratify and Confirm to be as Valid and Effectually in all respects as if done by myself in my proper person In Witness whereof I the said James Stone have hereunto set my hand and seal the sixteen day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & sixty one Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of Will.m Barrey James Stone (seale) 9½ s.ds Jam.s Morison x.d This Indenture made the twenty seventh day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty one Between Charles Homewood of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the one part and Henry Woodward of the county aforesaid Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said Charles Homewood for and in consideration of the sum of ninety five pounds one shilling and seven pence half penny sterling money of Great Britain to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and Delivery of these presents by Henry Woodward the Receipt whereof the said Charles Homewood doth hereby Acknowledge hath given Granted Bargained and sold and by these |
