       And in my Name and to and for my use and Account to Ask Demand take
       and receive of and from all and every person and persons whom it doth
       shall or may concern in this respect all and every Debt and Debts sum
       and sums of Money goods Chattles Wares Merchandizes and Effects
       in any wise due owing payable or belonging to me from any person or
       persons whatsoever by for or on Account of the Sale or Disposal of the
       said Goods Wares and Merchandizes or any part or parcell thereof either
       by or from the said Jonathan Plowman or by or from the said Captain
       John Parker or by or from any other person or persons whatsoever  And
       upon Receipt of such Debt and Debts sum and sums of Money Goods
       Wares Merchandizes and Effects for me an din my ^name and for my^ use and account
       to give sign and execute such Acquitances Releases or other discharges
       for the same as shall be requisite or necessary or are usual in such like
       cases and upon Non Payment or Non Delivery thereof or of any part thereof
       for me in my Name to my use and for my Account to use sue and
       prosecute all such Lawfull ways and Means for Recovery thereof or of any
       part thereof as shall be requisite and Necessary and thereupon as occasion
       or the Nature of the Case shall or may require to Appear and Represent
       my person in Any Court or Courts of Law or Equity and thereupon to
       proceed to Judgment and Execution in such Manner as the Laws of the said
       Country shall or may require  And upon recovery of such Debt or Debts
       Sum or Sums of Money Goods Wares and Merchandizes to give such
       Acquittances Releases Discharge or Discharges for the same as on such
       occasions are most usual and customary and if any of the said Goods Wares
       and Merchandizes shall remain in the hands of the said Jonathan
       Plowman I the said James Stone do hereby fully Authorize and Impower
       him to sell and Dispose of the same in the best manner he can for
       the use and account of me the said James Stone and to remit all
       such sum and sums of Money which he the said Jonathan
       Plowman shall receive by virtue of the power and authority hereby
       given by me the said James Stone by Bill or Bills of Exchange
       Respondentia or otherwise as the Nature and Circumstances of the
