       or Substitutes shall do execute or perform or cause to be done executed
       or Performed in about and touching the Premisses (they always being obliged
       justly to account with and pay to us or any or either of us our Heirs and
       Successors the neat sum or sums of money or Tobacco received by them
       in consequence and by virtue hereof after deducting necessary expences)
       In Witness Whereof we have hereunto affixed our names and seals this
       eighth Day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred

       To all to whom these presents shall come I John Murdock Esq.r Lord
       Provost and Chief Magistrate of the City of Glasgow in Pursuance of an
       Act of Parliament made and Passed in the fifth year of the Reign of our
       Sovereign Lord King George the second intituled an act for the more
       easy recovery of Debts in his Majestys plantations and colonys in
       America do hereby certify that on the day of the Date hereof personally
       ^came^ appeared before me Andrew Gray & John Bryce being Persons well known
       and worthy of good credit and ^by^ solemn oath which they the said Andrew
       Gray and John Bryce then took before me on the Holy Evangelists of
       of Almighty God did solemnly and sincerely declare testify and depose
       that they the said Deponants were present and did see Robert and
       Thomas Dunlop sign seal and execute as their proper Act and Deed
       the Power of Attorney hereunto annexed and that the names Robert Dunlop
       and Thomas Dunlop thereto set as the Parties executing and the names
       Andrew Gray & John Bryce thereto set as the subscribing Witnesses are
       the proper hand Writing of the said Robert Dunlop and Thomas Dunlop
       and these Deponents                                        Andrew Gray
