       Confirming all such Leases Demises Deeds Assureances Conveyances
       Covenants Provisions Agreements Assignments and Releases which
       shall at any time hereafter be made acknowledged sealed delivered
       and executed by him the said Robert Dick touching or concerning the
       Premisses

       And further also We said Robert and Thomas Dunlop for divers good
       causes and considerations us and each of us in this behalf moving;
       have made ordained constituted and in our place & stead put and
       deputed; and by these presents Do and each of us Doth make ordain
       constitute and in our place & stead put and depute the said Robert Dick
       our true and Lawful Attorney and Deputy for us and in our names or in
       the name of either of us and for our use to sell assign and Dispose of all
       such goods Wares Merchandizes and Effects as are and shall be hereafter
       from time to time sent or consigned by us to the said Robert Dick And
       also for us and in our Names or in the Name of either or any of us
       and for our use to ask Demand sue for recover and receive of and from
       all and every Person and Persons in the British Dominions in North
       America all such sum and sums of Money Tobacco Debts Claims
       & Demands whatsoever which now are or shall be hereafter due
       owing and appertaining unto us or any or either of us; and to use
       and take all Lawfull ways and means in our names or in the name
       of any or either of us or otherwise for obtaining or procuring the
       Recovery receipt or satisfaction thereof and to compound and
       agree for the same and Releases acquittances or other discharges
       for the same for us and in our Names or in the Name of any one
       or either us ^To give^ execute and make and to do all other Lawful Acts
       and things whatsoever concerning the Premisses as fully and in
       every respect and to all intents and Purposes as we ourselves
       or any or either of us might or could do if personally present and
       attorneys one or more under him for the Purposes aforesaid to
       make and at his pleasure to revoke hereby ratifying allowing
       and confirming whatsoever our said attorney and his substitute
