       13 July 1761  Reced the sum of Two Shillings Sterling being the alienation
       fine for the within Land for the use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore

x.d  To all People to whom these presents shall come Greeting Wee Robert &
       (I.d) Thomas Dunlop Merchants of Glasgow in that part of Britain
       called Scotland send Greeting Whereas we the said Robert and Thomas
       Dunlop are seized in our Demesne as of fee of and in certain Lands in the
       Province of Maryland and Whereas certain Mortgages have been and may be
       taken for us and in our Names of certain Lands in the said Province of
       Maryland and Colony of Virginia as securitys for payment of certain
       sums of Money or Tobacco due and owing unto us;  Now Know Ye that
       we the said Robert & Thomas Dunlop being absent from the said Province
       of Maryland and Colony of Virginia) do by these Presents Constitute and
       Impower Robert Dick of Bladensborough Prince Georges County in the said
       Province of Maryland Merchants to lease or demise the said Lands or any of them
       or any part of them or any of them to such Person or Persons and for such Terms
       or Term or Number of Years and under such Yearly and other Rents as he the
       said Robert Dick shall think fitt; or to sell grant or convey the same in fee
       simple or for such other Estate as he the said Robert Dick shall think fitt
       for such price sum or sums of Money or Tobacco or other Valuable Consideration
       and to such Person or Persons as he the said Robert Dick shall judge
       expedient; and for use and in our Names to sell deliver make and execute
       such Deed or Deeds Assurance Assurances or Conveyances or the sale an
       Disposal thereof or any part thereof with such Clauses Covenants Provisions
       Conditions & Agreements therein to be contained as he the said Robert Dick
       shall think proper; And also in our Names to Assign Transferr make over
       Release and Extinguish all Right Title and Demand which we now have or may
       or shall hereafter have in any Lands in the said Province of Maryland & Colony
       of Virginia by or in virtue of any Mortgage Judgment or Decree already
       Passed or which may be hereafter passed; Hereby ratifying Allowing and
