(316) services of the said Premisses & every Part and Parcell thereof & also all the Estate right Title Interest Claim & Demand of him the said Charles Carroll of in and to the same premisses & every part and parcell thereof To have and to hold all and singular the said quarter part of the aforesaid Lott N.o Ninety six above mentioned & every part & parcell thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Patrick Creagh his Heirs & Assigns to the only proper use and behoof the said Patrick Creagh his heirs & assigns for ever and the said Charles Carroll for him & his heirs the said quarter part of the aforesaid Lott N.o Ninety six & every part thereof against him & his Heirs to the said Patrick Creagh his Heirs and Assigns shall & Will Warrant & for ever defend by these presents In Witness The parties to these presents have hereunto interchangably set their hands & seals the day & year above Written sealed & Delivered in the presence of C Carroll (seal) Cha.s Carroll Tho.s Smith On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Ap^r^il 14.th 1748 then Reced of the within named Patrick Creagh the sum of thirty pounds Current Money In full for the consideration money within mentioned I say Reced p.r me by charged in account Witness C Carroll Cha.s Carroll Tho.s Smith 2.d July 1761 I have received the sum of one farthing being the alienation fine for the within Land for the use of the Lord Baltimore 5½ s.ds E LLoyd x.d This Indenture made this thirtieth Day of June in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and Sixty one Between William (Gaither) |
