(305) agreeable to a Deed from Prather to George Buchanan Beginning at a bounded White Oak in the last line of a Tract of Land called Duddington manor about fourty perches from the first bounded tree of the ^said^ Manor and running from said White Oak East North East Sixty Perches to a bounded White Oak then south by east eighty perches to a bounded pine thence east eighty perches to a bounded poplar the first bounded Tree of a Tract of Land called the Hopyard thence with the said Land North North West four hundred and ten perches to the North line of the aforesaid Duddington Manor thence with the said Manor to the first bounded Tree containing and laid out for one Hundred fifty and four Acres of Land be the same more or less together with all and singular the Houses Orchards Woods & Under Woods Trees Gardens Improvements and Advantages whatsoever to the said Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining or in or upon the same Growing happening or arising and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of the said Margarett Buchanan and Robert Buchanan to the Hereby Granted Bargained and Sold ^premisses^ with the appurtenances To have and to hold the said hereby granted bargained and sold Premisses with all and singular the appurtenances to the same Jonathan Slater and to his Heirs Assigns To the only use and behoofe of the same Jonathan Slater and his Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other use intent and purpose whatsoever and the said Margaret Buchanan and Robert Buchanan for themselves and their Heirs doth further covenant and agree with the said Jonathan Slater His Heirs and Assigns that they the said Margarett Buchanan and Robert Buchanan and their Heirs will foever hereafter Warrant and defend the above said Land and Premisses and every part thereof with all and singular the Appurtenances unto him the said Jonathan Slater his Heirs and Assigns forever from all person or persons whatsoever by from or under them or any other person or persons respectively claiming or to claim the Quit Rents that shall become due to the Lord Proprietary only excepted and foreprized In Witness whereof (the) |
