(293) the five Daughters and Premisses and every part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the Said Michael Earle and Mary his wife and the Heirs and Assigns of the said Mary against him the said Richard Tilghman Earle and his Heirs and all Persons claiming or to claim by from or under him them or any of them shall and will Warrant and for ever defend In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and year first above written The words "part of the said" between the fifteenth and Sixteenth Line from the top and the word R.d T Earle (seal) "him" between the second and third Line from the bottom first interlines Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of us Ja.s Tilghman 3.d On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was Rich.d Skinner thus written Viz.t Received on the day and year first within Written from the within Named Michael Earle and Mary his Wife the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the consideration within Mentioned to be by them paid to me Witness Ja.s Tilghman R.d T Earle Rich.d Skinner Be it remembered that on the thirteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred and Sixty one came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within Named Richard Tilghman Earle and did acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named Michael Earle and Mary his Wife and the Heirs and Assigns of the said Mary for ever according to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such case made and Provided And on the same Day and year Ann the Wife of the said (Richard) |
